Translation and interpreting
Hello!
Although the work of a translator or interpreter may be invisible, it’s essential. It forms a bridge between different worlds and cultures that need to understand each other, enabling them to work together.
My name is Sara Laguna and I’m a sworn translator and interpreter from English and translator from English and German. Let me help you share your words with the world!
Over eight years of professional experience have allowed me to create a wide network of colleagues working in other language combinations. Just tell me the message or document you need to convey and where, and I’ll find solutions for you.
My best credentials? An extensive portfolio of satisfied clients who have become repeat customers.

About me
I have a degree in Translation and Interpreting from the University of Valladolid and am certified as an English sworn translator by the Spanish Ministry of Foreign Affairs, European Union and Cooperation.
Following my studies, I was able to immediately begin gaining professional experience as a translator, project manager and proofreader at some of the top Spanish translation agencies, in addition to working as an interpreter with clients in various countries.
A tireless traveler, I’m constantly discovering and exploring other cultures to learn about their context, and am able to work on a location-independent basis. You can count on me, whenever you need.
I do also have a Master’s Degree specialised in Medical Translation. Besides that, I keep learning and currently am studying Portuguese as my third working language.
I also take part in the social project OKNGO by offering solidarity translations for free to non-profit organisations. This time, words are translated into doing my bit.
